Colin Campbell believes that to achieve long term success we must take responsibility for the social, environmental, and economic impact of our business.

Our objective is to manufacture fine quality carpets and provide excellent service while operating in an environmentally responsible manner.

Our carpet can help you to actively reduce the impact on the environment at no extra cost to you. While producing carpet that will provide optimum environmental outcomes for your next project, we do not compromise product quality, price or service levels.

We ensure our well-engineered quality carpets have long life expectancies and thereby reduce the volume of carpet that may ultimately go to landfill. Our environmentally certified products are stringently tested and meet the required criteria for "green buildings". These carpets have very low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) so they won't impact indoor air quality. At the same time they have improved sound absorption and thermal insulation properties. We use the best environmentally-friendly raw materials available, such as sustainable backing, latex, and metal-free dye stuffs.

Our environmental responsibility starts with reducing and recycling the paper we use in the offices and switching the lights off. We optimise our manufacturing processes so they meet or exceed best practices. In the manufacturing processes we use very few and only safe chemicals. Our woollen yarn mills are energy efficient and use less energy than synthetic yarn producers.

We contribute considerable management time and funding to alleviate our impact on the environment and climate change. We continuously implement new processes, systems and technologies to reduce emissions, conserve water and energy and reduce and recycle waste.
